Bharti Krishna Tirthaji Maharaja (Shankaracharya of Goverdhan peeth) rediscovered Vedic Mathematics, during 1911 and 1919. The first book on these wonderful methods was written by him. “Vedic Mathematics” was the title suggested by him. He was the person who collected lost formulae from the writings of “Atharwa Vedas” and wrote them in the form of Sixteen Sutras and thirteen sub-sutras.
In 1998 when Mr. Pradeep Kumar started working on Vedic Mathematics, it was a little known subject and everybody who came to know about his decision discouraged him. At that point of time he felt that the vedic mathematics is incoherent. You had so many pearls around but all those pearls needed to be arranged in a way to form a necklace. In other words Vedic Mathematics needed to be arranged in a systematic way so that trainers can teach it and derive results.
Today, Magical Methods has made Vedic Mathematics teaching a systematic one, which delivers result. We have divided the whole system into Beginner Level, Medium Level, Expert Level and Advanced Level. Further advancement is uses of Vedic Mathematics in Intelligent Guessing i.e Super Advanced Level. Student up to class X needs only three levels of training. IIT JEE students should go through advanced level and MBA aspirants should go through Super Advanced Level.
While working with Vedic Mathematics people around the world started writing to Mr. Kumar about application of Vedic Mathematics for Kids segment i.e 6 years to 11 years (classes 1 to 6). He started thinking on this aspect and today we are offering “Mathematical Skill and Concentration Development Programme” and “Finger Counting and Silly Mistakes Removal Programme” for this segment. These programme has been divided into four Levels.
In this segment we use a lot of instruments viz. Magic Square, Math Carrom, Frog & Toad Game, Tower of Hanoi, Star Game, Double Star Game, Mind Development Games, which makes learning mathematics more than interesting.
